Prohibits firearms in polling places

Abstract

Prohibits firearms in polling places; establishes the crime of criminal possession of a weapon in a polling place; makes it a class E felony to possess a rifle, shotgun, or firearm in or within 100 feet of a polling place on the day of a primary, special or general election or while early voting is in progress.
