Relates to certain credits for any future application for a license to sell alcohol at retail for on-premises consumption

Abstract

Provides that the state liquor authority shall provide, upon application, a one-time credit to any covered entity to be used towards any future application for a license to sell alcohol at retail for on-premises consumption; provides that such credit shall be in the amount that such covered entity paid in fees solely for licenses to sell alcohol on-premises in calendar year two thousand twenty.
