Establishes the position of expert insurance liaison within the department of homeland security and emergency services

Abstract

Establishes the position of expert insurance coordinator to coordinate and facilitate information sharing among local, state, and federal agencies to improve coordination with insurance companies with respect to disaster response to natural and man-made disasters.
