Increases the percentage of total funds appropriated to a library system that may be used to support projects receiving state aid in excess of seventy-five percent

Abstract

Provides that no more than fifty percent of the total funds appropriated to a library system may be used to support the total costs for projects receiving state aid in excess of seventy-five percent of the total approved costs.
