Relates to the purchase or lease of zero emission vehicles for state-owned vehicle fleets

Abstract

Directs the office of general services in consultation with the department of environmental conservation and the New York state energy research and development authority to prepare a state fleet procurement plan for the purchase or lease of state agency vehicles to ensure state agency vehicles will be zero emission vehicles over a certain period of time.
