Relates to declining a party designation or nomination after being arrested, indicted or convicted of a crime

Abstract

Allows a candidate for nomination or for party position, or nominated for an office to decline such designation or nomination after they are arrested, indicted or convicted of a crime no later than four days after such arrest, indictment or conviction.
