Abstract

Requires members of the legislature, legislative employees, statewide elected officials, or state officers or employees to apply to the joint commission on public ethics for approval before entering into any book deal or contract; requires the disclosure of information pertaining to such book deals or contracts in the required financial disclosure form and on the joint commission of public ethics and legislative ethics commission websites.
