Requires all individuals pawning goods to present identification and for pawnbrokers to keep records of such person

Abstract

Requires all individuals pawning goods to present two forms of identification and for pawnbrokers to keep records of such person; requires pawnbrokers to report new goods within 24 hours of their receipt to the sheriff and they may not be sold or destroyed for 15 days; also requires the sheriff to compile a list of goods stolen within the county.
