Abstract

Makes technical corrections and remedies of metes and bounds to continue the operation of a distillery in Rochester to maintain its ability to hold a retail liquor license for on-premises consumption and continue the approval of an exemption on restrictions on manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers from sharing an interest in a liquor license.
