Revises provisions governing testimony before governmental bodies. (BDR 19-272)

Abstract

AN ACT relating to government affairs; requiring a person who testifies before a governmental body and receives or expects to receive compensation for his or her testimony to state that fact before commencing such testimony; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
