A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 39-09 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to temporary alteration of the maximum speed limit; to amend and reenact sections 39-08-01.2 and 39-08-01.4 of the North Dakota Century Code, section 39-10-21.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended by Senate Bill No. 2189, as approved by the sixty-eighth legislative assembly, and section 39-21-13 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the special punishment for causing injury or death while operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs or substances, driving while under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs or substances while being accompanied by a minor, entering a closed road, and a lamp or flag on a projecting load; to provide for a legislative management study; to provide for a legislative management report; and to provide a penalty.

Abstract
