Abstract

Senate, December 8, 2025 -- The committee on Cannabis Policy, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 88) of Liz Miranda for legislation to protect cannabis equity businesses by enforcing ownership limits; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 97) of Patrick M. O'Connor for legislation to further regulate the data collection of adult and youth consumption of marijuana, report the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2816).
