Abstract

Senate, July 11, 2024 -- The committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2818) of Michael J. Rodrigues and Paul A. Schmid, III (by vote of the town) for legislation to authorize the town of Westport to grant an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk off the premises, report the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2858).
