Abstract

By Representatives Whipps of Athol and Blais of Deerfield, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4072) of Susannah M. Whipps and Natalie M. Blais (with the approval of the mayor and city council) that the city of Greenfield be authorized to exempt the positions of police chief and fire chief in said town from the civil service law. Public Service. [Local Approval Received.]
