By Representative Peake of Provincetown and Senator Cyr, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4012) of Sarah K. Peake and Julian Cyr (by vote of the town) that the town of Eastham be authorized to convey a conservation restriction on a certain parcel of land to the Eastham Conservation Foundation, Inc. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]
