By Representative Linsky of Natick, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3740) of David Paul Linsky (by vote of the town) that the town of Natick be authorized to establish minimum seating capacity for granting licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages or wine and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises in said town. Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure. [Local Approval Received.]
