Abstract

Senate, December 1, 2022 -- Substituted as a new draft (Senator Creem) for the Senate Bill amending section 5 of chapter 270 of the Acts of 1985, as amended, to authorize delegation by general by-law of all select board licensing authority (Senate, No. 2684).
