Abstract

Senate, August 29, 2022 -- The committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure, to whom was referred the recommitted petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2885) of Walter F. Timilty, William C. Galvin and Michael D. Brady (by vote of the town) for legislation to authorize the town of Avon to grant one additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 3112).
