Senate, May 16, 2022 -- The committee on Labor and Workforce Development, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1212) of Patricia D. Jehlen for legislation to promote equity for employees who take leave for the birth, adoption or placement for a foster child; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 2010) of Kathleen R. LaNatra and others relative to employees who take leave for the birth, adoption, or placement for a foster child, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2882).
