Abstract

Senate, April 28, 2022 -- The committee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities, to whom was referred the petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 124) of Joan B. Lovely, Susan L. Moran, Michael O. Moore, Anne M. Gobi and other members of the Senate for legislation relative to supported decision-making agreements for certain adults with disabilities, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2848).
