Abstract

Senate, November 17, 2021 -- The committee on Health Care Financing, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 738) of Joseph A. Boncore for legislation to protect pregnant and postpartum patients; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 799) of Joan B. Lovely, Angelo J. Puppolo, Jr., James J. O'Day, Jack Patrick Lewis and other members of the General Court for legislation to expand equitable access to maternal postpartum care; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1297) of Liz Miranda and others for legislation to extend MassHealth standard coverage to pregnant and postpartum residents of the Commonwealth, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2583).
