An Act relative to the feasibility of mobile voting for active-duty service members, voters with disabilities and municipalities

Abstract

By Messrs. Vargas of Haverhill and Santiago of Boston, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 842) of Andres X. Vargas, Jon Santiago and others for legislation to establish a municipal elections mobile voting pilot program and for an investigation by a special commission (including members of the General Court) relative to the mobile voting for active-duty service members and voters with disabilities.
