By Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 5138) of Meghan Kilcoyne (by vote of the town) that the town of Berlin be authorized to grant two additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises. Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure. [Local Approval Received.]
