By Messrs. Owens of Watertown and Lawn of Watertown, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 5009) of Steven C. Owens, John J. Lawn, Jr. and William N. Brownsberger (with the approval of the city council) that the city known as the town of Watertown be authorized to adopt an affordable housing linkage fee for non-residential development. Housing.
