By Ms. Barber of Somerville, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Christine P. Barber, Mike Connolly and Erika Uyterhoeven (with the approval of the mayor and the city council) that the city of Somerville be authorized to employ automated enforcement of speed limit violations in designated safety zones within said city.
