An Act changing the Board of Selectmen of the town of Tyngsborough to a Select Board

Abstract

By Representative Garry of Dracut and Senator Kennedy, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4483) of Colleen M. Garry and Edward J. Kennedy (by vote of the town) that the town of Tyngsborough be authorized to change the name of the board of selectmen of said town to a select board. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]
