Abstract

By Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Stanley of Waltham, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3454) of Tricia Farley-Bouvier, Thomas M. Stanley and others for the establishment of a vehicle mileage user fee task force (including members of the General Court) to guide the development and evaluation of a pilot program to assess the potential for mileage-based revenue collection and other related matters.
