By Mr. Mark of Peru, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3342) of Paul W. Mark and Tami L. Gouveia for legislation to require state agencies that initiate construction of new facilities or renovation of existing facilities to install solar energy systems on or near such facilities.
