By Mr. Kearney of Scituate, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 2006) of Patrick Joseph Kearney and Diana DiZoglio that the salaries of members of the United States Coast Guard who are residents of the Commonwealth be paid by the Commonwealth during the so-called federal government shut-down.
