By Mr. Livingstone of Boston, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1756) of Jay D. Livingstone, Tommy Vitolo and Lindsay N. Sabadosa for legislation to allow individuals to institute and prosecute a civil action for injunctive relief for violation of laws relative to meal breaks for employees. The Judiciary.
