By Mr. Jones of North Reading, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1121) of Bradley H. Jones, Jr. and others for an investigation by a special commission (including members of the General Court) relative to maximum allowable costs lists utilized by payers and pharmaceutical benefit managers to identify the maximum amount health plans will pay for certain prescription drugs.
