By Ms. Elugardo of Boston, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3891) of Nika C. Elugardo and others for legislation to establish a permanent advisory commission (including members of the General Court) to investigate and study the maximizing of the Commonwealth’s return on investment for tax expenditures and to provide assessment, evaluation and measurement tools for tax expenditures.
