An Act relative to non-resident firearm license fees

Abstract

By Mr. Moore, a petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1339) of Michael O. Moore, Steven S. Howitt, Susan Williams Gifford, Sheila C. Harrington and other members of the General Court for legislation to authorize the Colonel of the State Police, or persons authorized by him, to issue temporary license to carry firearms to certain nonresidents.
