By Messrs. Rogers of Cambridge and Connolly of Cambridge, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of David M. Rogers, Mike Connolly and others relative to the use of state resources to assist investigations or prosecutions, under federal law, of individuals for activities relative to the use and distribution of marijuana and medical marijuana.
