By Mr. Galvin of Canton, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1259) of William C. Galvin, James M. Cantwell and Louis L. Kafka that the Executive office of Public Safety and Security conduct a study evaluating the necessity and feasibility of implementing certain snow safety procedures relative to rooftop snowfall and fire hydrant accessibility.
