AN ACT relating to utility relocation.

Abstract

Create new sections of KRS Chapters 175, 175.B, and 177 to afford cable operator and broadband providers the same rights as public utilities to reimbursement for the costs associated with relocation of their facilities in connection with a turnpike project or projects with public highways.
