AN ACT relating to a Medicaid supplemental payment program for public ground ambulance providers.

Abstract

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to require the Department for Medicaid Services to submit a Medicaid preprint to establish a supplemental payment program for public ground ambulance providers.
