Abstract

Create a new section of KRS 217.005 to 217.215 to require that any individual who administers an unapproved drug that has been approved for emergency use by the secretary of the United States Food and Drug provides information; prohibits any person from being require to have an unapproved drug administered; EMERGENCY.
