AN ACT relating to medical order for scope of treatment.

Abstract

Amend KRS 311.6225 to require an electronically-fillable version of the MOST form to be accessed online; allow for an electronic signature; require a Spanish translation of the MOST form; allow the MOST form to be printed on any color of paper.
