Abstract

Honor frontline and essential support workers and call upon the General Assembly and the Governor to award American Rescue Plan Act premium pay by budget allocation using U.S. Department of the Treasury guidelines with no state tax deductions being made therefrom; and accept the Governor's invitation to participate in a premium pay working group.
