Option to conduct municipal election in even years.

Abstract

Allows any city or town to adopt an ordinance providing that each elected office of the municipality is elected in an even-numbered year. (Under current law, certain municipalities may adopt an ordinance providing that each elected office of the municipality is elected in an even-numbered year.)
