Medicaid for over-the-counter birth control.

Abstract

Specifies that the Medicaid program covers over-the-counter birth control. Requires the office of the secretary of family and social services to apply for any Medicaid state plan amendment or waiver necessary to include over-the-counter birth control as a covered supply.
