Oath of ballot counter.

Abstract

Requires the circuit court clerk to transmit a copy of each oath taken by a ballot counter to the election division not later than 30 days after the election. Requires the circuit court clerk to transmit a copy of each oath taken by a ballot counter for the 2024 general election to the election division not later than August 31, 2025.
