Insurance and transfer on death deeds.

Abstract

Removes language regarding coverage under a casualty insurance policy or liability insurance policy on property transferred by a transfer on death deed. Specifies that a provision regarding insurance coverage on property transferred by a transfer on death deed does not apply to a commercial lines property insurance policy. Makes corresponding changes.
