Behavioral health and human services professionals.

Abstract

Specifies that statutes concerning behavioral health and human services professionals may not be construed to limit social work or clinical social work services performed by an employee or staff member of a community mental health center. Removes board approval to take a licensure examination as a requirement for a temporary permit to profess to be a clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, mental health counselor, licensed addiction counselor, or licensed clinical addiction counselor.
