Service of safety orders and penalty assessments.

Abstract

Permits the commissioner of labor or the commissioner's representative to serve safety orders or penalty assessments by electronic mail. Expands where the commissioner of labor or the commissioner's representative may serve physical copies of safety orders or penalty assessments.
