Local regulation of consumer fireworks.

Abstract

Prohibits a county or municipality (unit) from limiting the use of consumer fireworks between certain hours on July 4, December 31, and January 1. (Current law prohibits a unit from limiting the use of consumer fireworks between certain hours on June 29, June 30, July 1, July 2, July 3, July 5, July 6, July 7, July 8, and July 9.)
