Juvenile court magistrates.

Abstract

Allows a judicial circuit that has a population of at least 45,000 to appoint a full-time magistrate and one or more part-time juvenile court referees. Provides that a judicial circuit with a population of less than 45,000 may appoint one or more part-time juvenile court referees.
