ICJI victim services division.

Abstract

Allows the victim services division (division) of the Indiana criminal justice institute (ICJI) to assume the duties of the domestic violence prevention and treatment council (council) within the division. Repeals the provisions regarding the council within the division. Makes conforming changes.
