Powers of correctional police officers.

Abstract

Provides that a correctional police officer may sell merchandise from a commissary to a confined offender located in a correctional facility. Provides that a correctional police officer may receive confidential information from the Indiana scheduled prescription electronic collection and tracking (INSPECT) program.
